Our commitment

MicroAGI GmbH does not send unsolicited bulk or commercial email, and does not permit anyone to send unsolicited email advertising microagi.ai, micro-agi.com or our products and services. This applies to our employees, contractors, affiliates, partners and any third-party vendors acting on our behalf.

How we use email

Email sent from our domains is limited to individual business correspondence (for example with customers, partners, suppliers and candidates) and to messages that recipients have requested. We do not purchase, rent or harvest email address lists. We do not use automated email "warm-up" networks or bulk-sending tools with our domains.

Enforcement

Anyone found sending unsolicited email that mentions or advertises our domains, whether internally or through a third party, will be required to stop immediately. Violations may lead to disciplinary action or termination of the business relationship.

Reporting abuse

If you have received unwanted email that mentions microagi.ai or micro-agi.com, please forward it with full headers to security@micro-agi.com. We will investigate and act on every report.
